Cindy Shop Return & Refund Policy 

Thank you for shopping at Cindy Shop! We take pride in offering high-quality DIY products and ensuring your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how we can help.  

1.Return Window 
-You may request a return or refund with in14 days of receiving your order.  
-Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.  

2. Eligible for Returns/Refunds  
Returns or refunds are accepted under the following conditions:  
- The product arrived damaged or defective.  
- The item is significantly different from its description.  
- You received the wrong item (incorrect product or missing parts).  

3. Non-Returnable Items  
- Products that have been used, assembled, or altered.  
- Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective).  
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions (unless damaged).  

4. Return Process

2. Approval: We’ll review your request within 1-3 business days and provide return instructions if approved.  
3. Ship Back: Securely package the item (preferably in its original box) and send it to the address we provide.  
4. Refund Issued: Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.  

5. Refund Method  
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.  
- If an exchange isn’t possible (e.g., out of stock), we’ll issue a full refund, including shipping costs (if applicable).  

6. Shipping Costs 
-We cover return shipping if the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).  
- Customer covers return shipping for change-of-mind returns.  

7. Exceptions 
- Sale/Discounted items may be final sale (check product details).  
- International returns may require additional duties/fees (contact us first).
